Currently, we are only sending qualified medical volunteers, chosen by speciality and date availability, to assignments with our response partners or at our headquarters to fill specific roles.

With further normalization, we will be deploying from 15 to 20 medical rehabilitation teams from all over North America for one and two week assignments.  Each medical team is led by an experienced and trained team leader who organizes logistics, supplies and assignments and ensures the safety and security of the team at all times.

Healing Hands for Haiti welcomes applications from committed health care professionals, including: physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/langauge pathologists, orthotists and prosthetists; as well as support volunteers, including: translators, skilled workers, students.
